    Encoding videos for faster playback

    Hi, I have some wmv files that I want to re-encode at a faster playback speed, idealy to mp4.

    Basically, I want an appliction that does what mp3-speed-changer does for mp3 but for video: -

    Anyone know of such a thing? Ive been googling for it for days now....

          Now and then you can find an interesting application that's coded in Delphi or one of the other Borland derived programming languages for free download here:
