    Illegal disc with nero

I have been useing Dvd Decypter, Dvd Shrink 3.2, and the Nero 7. It was working just fine till about a week or so ago when my computer crashed, I have redone my whole computer from scratch and now I keep getting an illegal disc error when Nero burns my dvds. It starts writing the the lead in and if I do a slow burn I get 1% and if I a fast burn I get 3% done befor I get this but it never gets past the lead in. Here is the last log I saved from Nero.

      firmware is a little old?

what's the make and model number of the laptop?

Did you install the other burning software? Or did it come with your
      reinstall package?

Cannot write medium - incompatible format
The drive may not be operating properly due to unstable PC and devices. Please check your PC and all your device connections.

I have all settings to DMA. And the dvd are the ones I have used to do over 200 dvd burns with no problem. I have unmounted virtual drive. And only have my lite-on dvd burner and my hard drive on the USB ports. and it is a Dell Inspiron 8600.

OH yeah the other thing I just now noticed was the Bus Type
Bus Type : set to ATAPI (3) -> ATAPI, detected: ?
shouldnt that be set to default (0) not the ATAPI (3)
