DivX without being the administrator?

the reason i asked this is that i am interested in creating a training product in macromedia director - playing the video of the presenter in one part of the screen using divX, placing the presenters slides (synchronised) in another area.... if this training product is to be used by companies - when the user puts the cd into his/her machine i would like them to be able to play the video without having to call an administrator to install the divX codec... what autorun would allow that?
is it possible to play divX movies without installing the divX codec (*or other player), are their other players that dont need the administrator to install
