What would be the cause of this error in gknot?

Ok everytime I try to do a compression test on this one particular movie ("Don't say a word") I get this error;

+Unknown Error: Compressibility Check Failed.
+Compressibility Check: Divx 4.

I always follow the doom9 guide and it has never failed me before.

Here is the info from DVD2AVI:

Compression: MPEG-2
TV system: NTSC
Aspect ratio: 16:9
TV system: pan-scan
Display mode: 720x480
Resolution: no
Letterboxed: Camera

It show 23.976fps and in progressive format.

I've already tried to convert it once and I ended up with a 1.5GB file that when played looked like it was being fast forwarded.

Any help?

Oh and I'm also getting a "could not count encoded frames" error in the log window.
