Cutting a DivX movie in VirtualDub??

Hey

Just after reading an article on cutting DivX movies in VirtualDub on the DivX Digest part of site (Article on cutting AVI's ) and when I tried this I got the video cut in 2, however it was the same length, as the whole movie's audio was there, and the picture frames lasted twice as long! In the second part of the movie, there was no audio and just the second half of the video! Is there any way to get a mixture of this and get two files, both roughly same size, with integrated sound and video, half the whole movie on each??

maybe you might want to take a look at another guide.

in my dvx guide you will find CUTTING OGM at the end.
handling ogm or avi is very similar, so iut might be worth a look:
