DVD SHRINK cant find files

I'm VERY new to this and here is my problem, I trying to use DVD SHRINK and it says that it can't find my movie files there right there, I can find them, I even tried to drag them in and that didn't work either......I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong.......Thank you, Freda
