Here is how I do it.
1. Rip DVD in file mode to hard drive with DVD Decypter
2. Use DVD Remake Pro blank extras, edit menus (shrink and disable buttons), and remove the FBI warning
3. Sometimes this will make the file less than 4.36 gb so I just burn from there. If not I load the files into DVD Rebuilder Pro and encode with HC Encoder using the best setting. I also remove un-needed languages at this point.
4. Burn with DVD Decrypter
