Well, for one you need to do settings - setup again. Your defaults indicate you want to eliminate ALL your audio languages and NONE of your subtitle languages although you have manually selected otherwise).

and I think at 87.7% reduction levels you might feel good with the DVD shrink output also.

I have learnt the hardway, I prefer to use RB only if my average bitrates go below 4K.

starting again if triky40 select only one audio track will need more than 87.7%....maybe just a few more and still can choose shrink....more audio tracks and subs with + than 70% better is RB.

Yep, that's an old one...
HC will not run on it because your proc can't do MMX/ISSE AFAIK, only MMX.
MMX/ISSE is the minimum required to run HC.

That is what I suspect but I could not find any info relates to HC to confirm. I have checked the setting on "services.msc" between my desktop and laptop but found no different. Now I'm clear based on your explaination. Thanks.
