DvdRebuilder 1.27 burner problem

Just downloaded the latest DvdRebulder , Ver.1.27, unto my 2 computers. One seems to work fine, the other stop's at burning, Error message "Encoder does not seem functional"
Uninstalled/re-installed, same problem. I'm using the HC encoder. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the upgrade to the full and HC appeared, but then got an error message, "Cannot load Avisynth"

Uninstall former versions of RB + AVS and try again with latest 1.27.1
