Setup Procoder 3 and DVD-RB

I just got Procoder 3 and have been used it to convert a .avi files in mastering quality to DVD files. I have a dual core Athalon 2.4 ghz running at 98% but the time remaining says 3 hours for a 1.5 hr avi file. Is this normal, I hoped it would be faster? I have been looking at the .pdf manual but don't see how to use DVD-RB with it.

I am completely confused on how to setup DVD-RB 98.2 with Procoder 3. I have been using HCenc but now want to set DVD-RB to use Procoder 3

Most of what has been said here should still be valid

make sure the path is defined and see if procoder should be called via ECLPRO or maybe directly with its own executable

havent used dvd rebuilder for quite some time so i'm not 100% sure
