CCE SP and DVD-RB Settings

I have used DVD-RB with HCenc and I like the fact that you can go into the GUI of HCen and change the settings of HCenc. For example best quality, DC precision, matrix, ect... I have seen Procoder 3 work with DVD-RB and since it uses the EclPro and asks setup questions before it starts to encode.... mastering quality ect. I have been reading about CCE SP with DVD-RB how are the settings for quality, GOP, DC precision set. I see with DVD-RB you can set how many passes and VBR Bias. Are these the only 2 things you can control when using CCE SP with rebuilder? I have been told that CCE SP is very fast with DVD-RB and I wonder is it fast because it is using settings for speed rather than quality? Is there a way to set up CCE SP to get the highest quality settings for use with DVD-RB? What are these settings, are they in the RB ini file? What are they?

GOP & DC can be found via => Settings => Options

...and i did not find cce that much faster than hc or procoder to be honest

i had a couple of dvds to backup recently and i was curious to see how cce 2.70, hc 0.23 and procoder3 perform with a quadcore

Season 3 Disc 3 - CCE => 65min
Season 3 Disc 4 - HC => 72min // ProCoder => 74min
