Ok, suppose I want to have subtitles to a movie. I have searched through the net and mos of the information I found was how to put subtitles to a DIVx file, but almost nothing about adding subtitles to an MPEG file (in VCD or SVCD format).
Any idea how to do it? Any easy tool that can do it? Thank you
