Joining 2 MPEG's

I'm stuck on how to join two mpeg files together. How do I do it or what do I use? I've got this movie that is a little over 80 minutes on each file but I don't wanna use 4 cdr's but just join the two files and split it up into three. Hmmmm...that poses another problem how do I split 'em up after I join them? I wish my burner handled 90 minute cdr's. Any help would be appreciated.

well,it is very easy to do it.

a software can do it both merge and split and author.only use 5 minute to merge several mpeg file and split it to several VCD or SVCD image file.
