When you say "I am getting this error every time in TMPGEnc. It always happens at 32%." what are you doing at the 32%. Are you converting? And to what if you are converting? Also, give me the details of the file (codec, audio frame rate etc...) And lastly, did u try (to do what you are doing to this file) with another file?
Be sure to give more details next timeDid you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:

The .AVI contains a Variable Bit Rate (VBR) .MP3 audiostream - which TMPGEnc cannot process.
Simply use VirtualDub to save the audio stream as an Uncompressed PCM (WAV) file as follows:
Load your original .AVI into VirtualDub
From the "File" dropdown menu, select "Save WAV" (Enter a new filename with a ".WAV" extender).Click on "OK".
Open TMPGEnc
FIRST load the .AVI
THEN load the .WAV audiostream
Process as you normally would
Let us know of your success ;>}Comment
