Chapters and Menu to Hard Drive

Can someone recommend a software product that will allow me the add
Chapters/Menus to my SVCD back to MPEG.
All the products I have tried forces me to write the final movie to a CD or
DVD burner. I wish to be able to simply have the final movie written back to
disk so I can user PowerDVD to watch the movie off my Hard Drive.

Sorry. It's another program that the result is made to be burned via a bin file.

I just wish the program add the feature to simply write to DISK as a playable MPG movie off the HD and not a CD.

If I remember correctly, VCDEasy allows you to save the VCD/SVCD to your hard drive as an image file. Such a file can be mounted by Daemon Tools and then played from your hard drive...

That looks like a suitable solution. Buring to a virtual DVD drive wich is actually my hard drive then copy the result in a sub folder for later viewing. I like it
