VCD Slideshow with audio, How?

Using NERO, I can create a VCD slideshow of digital pictures. However, I want to add a background sound track but I don't think NERO will allow that. Is there another program that will do the job, or is it not possible?

You can use BlazeMediaPro and TMPGEnc to create such a video...

It was very easy to do it use EasyMPEG3

but easympeg3 only support mpeg audio files.but it can make your pictures as a menu node very easy.
