I got the burned VCDs recognized like CDDA by my DVD player. Im using the Toshiba combo sd-r1002.
firmware version 1037.
I tried with Nero and CDRwin both the same, I suspect that the problem is my drive.
Because when I tried in another burner (Plextor) with the same files and software all went flawlessly.
I also tried burning demo VCDs downloaded like a CD image (.cue .bin).
So the problem must be the drive as far I can deduct.
There is a work around for that? Could be that this combo is affecting ina low level the CDR so it get recognized as a normal CD (CDDA) by a DVD player?
Anybody with the same problem or some hint about.
Any help will be appreciated.
Best Regards
