Whats up all? i need some help,this is my first time trying to rip and encode a dvd to a vcd but when it starts to encrypet it starts like 15 min into the movie... i ripped it to a folder on my desktop should i rip it to my hd please help!!!!!!!

Why don't you give us a clue as to what software and procedures you're using to try to accomplish this?
