SVCD audio problem

I am making SVCD's with nero right now with divX AVI files. I have burned many diffrent files and every time I go to play them on my DVD player The audio is off from the rest of the movie about 2 - 10 seconds on every svcd. The AVI files have no flaws. Am I doing somthing wrong what should I do ?

use TMPGEnc to rip your avi's.
does your svcd play fine on your computer?
