can't load *.dat(vcd) with wmp

hi, newb here.

just tried to make a vcd with nero from a video mpeg1 (mpg)
everything goes well n burned suceessfully.

& when I open the *.dat file with Windows Media player it won't load the movie.

but other vcds that i bought, it works on my wmp.
any idea?

Try playing it with either WinDVD or PowerDVD.

like making the vcd with other proggie?

coz i don't want to use trial ware
