Copy My old Video tapes to PC

    Question for 100 Buds:
Anybody can tell me which utility to copy My old Video tapes (analo^gic) and convert to any digital standard (mpeg...)?
This way I'll be able to watch them on my PC, but if I wanted to see them also on my DvD? Would this be possible with another conversion utility?

The last Question is worth an entire field of buds...

Capture with a lossless codec such as Huffyuv or MJPEG and then convert to DVD MPEG-2 with CCE or TMPGEnc or another mpeg-2 encoder.
