need help with TMPGenc

Hi guys
Ive got a film in xvid format. It is on cd and i want to convert it to PAL vcd. Unfortunately i dont know how to go about doing this. I opened TMPGenc and I put in the video source, but i dont now what my aspect ratio should be etc. There are so many things to fill in that i dont have a clue about. There is a tutorial in this site on how to use TMPGenc to copy DVDs but nt on how to make a PAL vcd. Is there anyone who can lend a helping hand? Thanks so much for your time, much appreciated

The easiest way would probably be to enable the project wizard and follow the steps.

But it really isnt that hard, if you don't know what the hell you're doing then you shouldn't mess around with most of the settings.
