´Sound problems with Ulead DVD Movie Factory

Hello, maybe someone can help me out here. I have searched the threads and found nothing like the problem I have, so I started a new thread.
I am using Ulead DVD Movie Factory to convert my VHS tapes to VCD ( Mpeg 1). files. I have my VCR connected via my Win TV card. The sound comes thru great and so does the video. But the sound is about two seconds behind the video.
If anyone has any tips on how I can sync the sound a video together, I would be forever grateful.

HI i use ULEAD STUDIO 7 to convert VHS and DV to VCD(MPEG1)dat file and it is ok i use caputer card snazi DVIII AMD 2800XP
1.5G ram DDR and 80G hard on winxp and no problem with sound.
i think it is much better if you use a capture card.
