    Assuming that you're referring to an MPEG-1VideoCD, you'll first have to convert the music file to the appropriate format, as follows:

    1) Load the audio file into TMPGEnc

    2) Change the "Stream type" to "System (Video and Audio)"

    3) Set the mode to "MPEG-1VideoCD"

    4) Make CERTAIN that ALL settings under the "Video", "Advanced", and "Audio" tabs are IDENTICAL to the settings of your primary VCD video

    5) Save with a new filename (with an extender of ".MPG")

    Now that you've converted the audio properly, to add it to the end of the primary VCD video:

    1) TMPGEnc>>File>>MPEGTools>>Merge&Cut

    2) Load the primary VCD video

    3) Load the additional music only ".MPG" file

    4) Enter a new name in the "Output file" box

    5) Press the "Run" radio button

    Let us know of your success ;>}
