sound out of sync with svcd

hi eveytime i try to burn a svcd using nero with cue and bin files it plays with sound out of sync on my dvd player, anyone got any idea's.

Does the original play in synch on your PC?

i dont know ive only got the bin files and its more than just 1 everyone i burn is out of snyc
