TV test card

[Easier Way?]

Are there any test cards available for download so that I can check out scvds encoded at odd resolutions up to 704x576. I use a pal tv fed with rgb from dvd and dig sat.

I wonder if a "change cd" bmp can be modified, can it be displayed at full screen with a new picture?
