I could use Dvd to Vcd guide

Hey guys, i have a dvd burner and am thinking of converting some of my dvd episodes to vcd (cheaper)

But i could use a guide to run me through it

Does anyone know where to get one?

Or what are some very easy programs to use?


Yeh, i know i can convert it to Dvd, but i would like to use VCD
