Your movie is 14mb ???? You can burn it on one CD!! No need to do any recompression!!
No kidding, you meant 1.4GB, right? In this case, you don't need to re-encode anything either. As I pointed out, a 74min CD can hold 740MB of MPEG and a 80min CD can hold 800MB. So don't re-encode/trim down anything! Your file is big enough!
