Joining avi's side by side

I have 4 avi files each 320x256 that I want to join into one big 720x512 avi with each one of the originals in corners.

Does anyone know of an easy way to do this or what programs you recommend? I have lots of authoring/editing tools including Adobe Premier and stuff but I have no idea how to use it or find the tools I need. Any help would be appreciated.
