hi help with mpeg plz

i need a way to cut it so i can fit it in a cd and with if it was easy as VCDCutter 4.05
+i need the crack for VCDCutter 4.05

Hi there, i would recomend you use TMPGEnc to cut all MPEGs as VCD Cutter does not produce 100% compliant MPEG files

smelly fish you remind me of smelly cat you know the one that phoeby cant stop singing lol , any ways i'v tried that program and the video comes be4 the sound also it takes time to extract the mpeg file , so i would ask 2 lil things from you and plz help me :
1- i downloaded VCDCutter 4.05 crack and didnt know how to work the crack , so if ya know how to help me with that plz do
2- uesing the program TMPGEnc is lil complecated to me so if ya can help me with the right steps that i have to do so that i can make my clip (( video + sound on time )) plz do
oh yah one thing ....... i use WIN VCR to capture my movies on my pc ....... hope that gives you some thing to use when ya help me ............. so thanx for your time ....

ok VCD Cutter is a bit of a pain to crack so i have been told And i dont think if i did even know how i would say in an open forum, how to do so, but thats if i knew how.

so i guess its TMPGEnc (much better option)
Go File
MPEG tools
Cut/Join
Add the MPEG file in (fined it on your hard drive)
Double click on it once its in the white screen eg. C:/My Documents/Movies/Roadrunner.mpeg
There are these [ ] on the right hand side, click [ where you want to begin the cut, drag the bar where you want to finish the cut and click on ]
It will take a little while depending on size of the cut.
Than overlap the cut by a few seconds ie. cut and past the time in the box on the right hand side over to the left time box (which should be 0.000 if you cut the file at the begining) and use the "v" button to take a few seconds off to be sure that it over laps.
Drag the bar till the end say and click on ] and presto all done
This second cut will take much longer and will be searching for the Audio and Video for a while so dont stress
Play around with it but if you follow these steps basically you should be right.
