Another coaster! I have the set now.

    Hi'a,

I just burned four slide shows to a SVCD, using Nero Vision Express 2. It all plays fine. Only thing is...on the title page, I am unable to use my up/down arrows on my dvd remote to select any of the buttons. If I click on 'menu' on my dvd control, it just plays the first listed show, to the last. Can't choose which I'd like to play. It's the first time I've used Nero, and I haven't been doing it for long, so go easy on the techo speak please. Strictly layman's terms...

    Thanks in advance....

    Michaela

P.S. What are the advantages (if any) of burning a DVD over a SVCD? Thanks...

Try using the number buttons plus "Enter" or, on some remotes, simply press ">>"...

      Setarip,

I have done a slideshow DVD using Sonic, and I only had to use the arrows. However, I shall try that tomorrow.... (a bit late to do it now). Will let you know how it goes....

      Thanks...

Nerovision Express assigns the numbered keys, not the arrows.
If you want more control, try DVDLab (to burn to dvdr of course).

          Setarip and Reboot,

Thanks guys, for your PC wisdom. You are both correct, it is indeed the number system. I used the numbers on my pc this morning to select the individual clip, and wha' da' ya know! There it is!

How simple (and embarrassing that I didn't try it first!)

          Thanks....Blessings....Me
