    Audio Problem

I have a few .avi files where the sound works fine (IE it's in sync with the lips). Then during the file there looks to be a bit of corruption and the sounds doesn't fit the visual. I can deal with this when it whole files that are off (using the offset in virtual dub) but how do I deal with this when it's only part of the file?

Can I split the file in to two somehow, then fix the offset and remerge the two parts?

Your help would be very much appreciated.
