how to creat slow motion clip into vcd

Anybody tell me how can i creat slow motion clip and insert into normal (s)vcd?

I assumed you mean making a normal video clip appears like slow motion. If that is so, you can use software like Ulead media studio pro to lengthen the clip, thus when playback it will appear as slow motion. Conversely, you can speed up the video using the same method.

to make perfect slowmos you need realviz retimer
it creates frames between the existing frames to make the clip smooth

use premier 5 or 6 to create a slow mo clip which can be exported as an .avi etc.. or Avid express DV will do exactly the same thing go to kazaa to download!!!!!!!!
