vcd burningsteps with nero

could someone send me the steps for burning with nero just the burning steps i know how to do the step to prepare to burn but i cant get te burn i con to become available when trying to make vcd burn

[1 Smelly Fish]

1. Open Nero up
2. Click on Video CD > Label (write the name of the movie in here if you wish) > Click > New
3. Search where your MPEG file is stored on your hard drive
4. Drag the file across to the left hand larger while screen
5. Nero may check the file, if you have this enabled in the settings in Nero
6. Click write
