burning problem?

i converted my avi file successfully using TMPGEnc. now i tryed to burn it to cd using video cd on nero and a message comes up saying

internal error in CVCDDoc::IsProperMediaItem:
d:\My Documents2\Movies2\KungPow\KungPow1of2.mpg

now what??
