    burning VCD in Nero 5.5.8.2

    Hi everybody!

The divx-file i wanted to burn has gone through both VitualDub and TMPGEnc without any problems and the mpg file seemses to be fine. After I burned it in Nero, without any problems, my DVD player didn't recognize it's VCD. It's playing it like a normal CD. The funny thing is that I've done this before and it worked but since then I've uppgraded ti WinXP and also Nero has been uppgraded.
    Anybody have a clue?

    Regards,
    Fafner

Are you, by any chance, also using a different brand of CD-R now?

I usually use Nero, it's said you can download "Nero Burning ROM 5.5.9.0 & SVCD_Plugin & Mp3Pro_Plugin" from the Free Download Area of removed by admin
        Just get your luck!
If you really wanna download it, you can find the correct site: Remove all arabic numerals from "removed by admin", you will find

Congratualations to duronlib and ceyang53 (both from the same IP address, BTW) on getting their accounts deleted from consistently posting SPAM and warez links.

I've already banned users from posting links to your website (hence why they typed "Remove all arabic numerals").

Consider your IP address ranges banned forever as well.

You've also pushed me to remove your DVD Cutter and Merger tool from my website.

As for Fafner's original question, you might want to try authoring the VCD using another tool like VCDEasy :

A guide on how to burn a MPEG-2 MPG file onto a CD-R to make a SVCD using VCDEasy

I know a powerful, high efficient and is easy to use tool to convert a DVD movie to a Divx file, that is "Dvd to Divx" ,only takes up 1/10 original DVD space . You can download the trial version free from http://www.***********.com
You can use Divx Pro 5.0.2 as codec which you can download free at http://www.divx.com , also download Divx Player at http://www.divx.com to play back Divx movies or PowerDVD downloading at internet .
Why not have a try ?

I'm actually getting sick of seeing the same set of words here. Shouldn't you try to be less obvious than this, ex-dvdhackmaster?
