Error decomressing VirtualDub

I run the VirtualDub and get the "Error Decomressing Video Frame ### (###=Frame Number)- may be corrupt data"
I try to select and del this frame but it doesn't help much.
When I try to convert it with TMPGEnc, it looks good.
How do I pass this error? (I use the Mpeg-4 Low Motion)

sounds like a bad codec. the mpeg 4 is still in dire need of work so stick with the one that have been perfected.
