Divx->vcd/svcd

HEllo all!
I want to convert avi, divx, asf and so on into VCD/SVCD!
I read that the tool "tmpgenc" can it, but i download it and start it.
I loaded a DIVX file, ok it works but i can't choose the Outputfile "VCD/SVCD", how can i do this?

Did you also downoload and installed the REQUIRED companion VFAPI file?
