I have tried converting satellite recorded video in PVA (DVB) to MPEG2 (SVCD). However, there are black bars at both sides displayed on PC monitor and not TV. Do VCD/SVCD player crop the picture then output to the TV?
Anyone know how much to crop the sides as well as the top to maintain the 4:3 ratio? Need to crop it so that it will display fullscreen on PC and TV.
