What is the easiest or quickest software to go from DVD to VCD?

Well, actually, the best thing you're better off getting is a DVD2VCD pack, its includes a whole bunch of software (all which is needed) to 1. extract the dvd 2. convert the dvd 3.tell you how to burn the dvd.
The packs are available seperately on here or the full pack,grab it directly from its website here
