avi - svcd with tmpg

When I convert an avi to svcd with TmpgEnc the movie isn't smooth, it looks like it jumps like when the pc has too much to do!
I also change it from 23.976 FPS to 25 fps!

Does anyone know why ? Thanks

when you change framerate from 23.976 to 25.000 the movie will tend to playback the way you described. leave the framerate at 23.976 fps and your movie will playback nicely...
