old Vivo file

I have this old Vivo format file which was on my site, but Vivo is discontin..? by Real who took them over and I can't find any programm which will convert or even play the damn thing.
The file took me over 40 hours of editing and I now really hate the Real asses.
Anyone any tips?

Won't the software that you used to edit the file also play the file?
