VCD/SVCD with AC3?

Is it possible to create an VCD or SVCD with the original sound from an DVD (AC3). Or is it impossible. The idea appeared at the moment i look to an cover whit the Text and logo Dolby Digital. Or is it ment Virtual Dolby (2.0/2.1)???

While I am not 100% sure, I believe most svcd's contain mp2 audio.

You can CREATE one, but it own't play back with audio on a standalone DVD player and television system (Which is the only reason to create VCDs and SVCDs...). AC3 audio is not part of either the MPEG1/VCD or MPEG2/SVCD standards.
