i am using TMPGenc and when do the "preview" button, the aspect ratio is good, and the audio synchronization is good. but when i encode the video, and burn it to a vcd, the sound is very askew... odd

ok. i have come to the conclusion that my dvd player does not like putting the sound and video synchronzed. i had two sample vcd's and encoded them with three different programs, and all different templates(like kvcd, svcd, vcd...) and all of them turned out to be asynch. interesting. -
yes,i have set the audio to 44,100Hz. once i tried 48,000hz (or kHz?) and there was no sound at all, and the video was messed up, so that may be just the encoding that i did.Comment
