I have a problem with DVD2SVCD encoding

Hi, i'm new. good to be here. it looks like a nice forum.

anyway, I got a problem. I used the site's DVD To SVCD conversion Guide on this link:

if you look in there it says that while encoding the TMPEGen
will pop up and convert it. but it doesn't. the "DVD2SVCD" only rip the DVD and put some vob files in the output folder.

now, how do i encode it?

i really need help, so who ever will answer i'll be very thankful.

what do i do with those vob files?
and the TMPEGen suppose to pop up, why doesn't he?

You could:

1) Rip the DVD using DVD Decrypter

2) Concert to SVCD, including audio and subtitles, using Flask (Select "Open DVD" [NOT "Open File"] and select the movie .IFO and the subtitle stream) with the BBMPEG plugin
