    Mp3 --> Ac3

    How do i make my own AC3 music?
    i want 2 be able to select what mp3 file to play out of each channel. Anyone have a program or a link or icq # where they can send me?
    I finally got my ADA-880R to reconize the AC3 from my SB live 5.1

      The only "conversion-to-.AC3" program of which I'm aware is the now-discontinued commercial product, Sonic Foundry SoftEncode Dolby 5.1. If you were to obtain this, in order to accomplish what you've described, you'd first have to convert your .MP3 files into uncompressed .WAV (PCM) format.

              Do a Googlesearch - you might even come across a Chinese site that has a registered version or a crack for it...
