No Audio Track for TMPGEnc conversion

On the movies Blade and Nightmare before XMas I cant get the audio file for TMPGEnc conversions. If someone could help with this problem I would be much happier. I have ripped and completed hundreds of conversions with very little effort and have found that using all the different rippers doesn't solve this issue. So far it only has happened to the two movies.

Please Help!
