I was told by setarip that virtual dub could take out the dammaged frames. But how do i do it?

1) Load your video into VDub.
2) Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copying"
3) Using the slider at the bottom, find the first "bad" frame.
4) Under the "Edit" dropdown menu, select "Set selection start", or use the "Mark in" icon at the bottom.
5) Use your keyboard's right arrow to move in single frame increments.
6) When you've located the last "bad" contiguous frame in the group (it's bound to be more than just a single frame at each problem location), go one extra frame to the right and either use "Set selection end" from the "Edit" dropdown or use the "Mark out" icon at the bottom.
7) From the "Edit" dropdown, select "Delete frames".
8) From the "Files" dropdown, select "Save as .AVI" and save with a new name.
