how2 change the output size?

Hi, I just started using TMPGEnc, and converted a avi file to mpg to use on a svcd, it converts it to 480 x 480, I looked at the settings are grayed out in TmpgEnc, My avi file is 640 x 272, and would like to get it to output the same size, Could anyone offer some advice on changing the output size.

Click on the "Load" radio button and select "Unlock.mcf". This will make the settings accessible...
