quickeditor for windows wanted

somebody please help me
i am tryig to convert a mov file to mpg to put on a vcd but the sound doesnt convert i read that quickeditor could convert to avi and i could go from there but no download pages seem to have it up anymore, if any one has a copy they could send me or help me with my problem i would be very gratefull

1) What software and procedures did you use to try to convert?

2) What format is the audiostream of the .MOV file?

thanks for the reply i am trying to convert a mov file which is sorenson with TMPGEc but the sound does not convert with the video file i read that i need to convert sorenson to cinepack then to avi then to mpg to burn onto a vcd it this right ? is there an easier way?
can i get quickeditor anywhere??
